Hood is a gifted athlete who stars on the baseball diamond as well and plans on playing both sports at the Capstone. He is a big physical reciever who can use his speed and elusiveness to blow by the defense and his strength to fight defensive backs for the ball if needed. A standout not only on the field, but in the classroom as well, he was awarded full tuition at Saint Paul's for his senior season based on his strong academic performance. Hood chose the BAMA over LSU, Florida, Florida State, Clemson, Auburn, Vanderbilt, and Mississippi State.
